Up, then down: 217.4

Last week, I didn't blog because I was pretty depressed about having gone up to 218.7 lbs.  I had gone out with friends too much and had too many high-calorie margaritas.  I decided to keep myself to drinking only 2x per week and wine only, no more margaritas.  I also decided no more carbs at mealtime, only fruit, my nightly treat and a little wine.

This week, I was very good and faithful to my food plan, so only losing a little over a pound feels like a very small victory, not as good as it should be.  I think I just need to keep it up - get another full week of  being true to my food plan, and see how it goes.
